We want you in the right pair. If something is not right, we will make it right. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Free size swaps

Ordered the wrong size? We will send you the correct size free of charge, and you keep the first pair. Just reach out within 30 days of delivery through our Contact page with your order number and the size you need.

Returns and refunds (change of mind)

You can return unworn, unwashed socks in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept socks that have been worn or washed unless they are faulty. Return postage for a change of mind is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with a photo and your order number. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including any postage, and in most cases you will not need to send anything back.

Buy 1 Get 1 orders

Items received as part of a Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotion are treated as one set. If you return the paid pair for a refund, the free pair should be returned with it.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and final-sale items cannot be returned.
