How do I choose my size?
Check the options on your chosen product. Standard and wide-calf styles use different sizes. Email us with the product name and your fit question if you need a hand.
How do I claim my free pair?
Add two eligible pairs to your bag. Your Buy 1, Get 1 Free discount applies automatically. You can mix designs and sizes.
Can I change currency?
Choose your country in the menu or footer. Product prices update to your supported local currency. The final currency and total are shown at checkout.

Where is my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email. If it is missing, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days and varies by destination. Read the shipping policy.
Returns & size swaps
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. We send the correct size free of charge and you keep the first pair. See the full policy.
Can I return my order?
Unworn, unwashed socks in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind return postage is your responsibility. BOGO pairs are treated as a set. Read the returns policy.
