Free tracked shipping worldwide, on every order. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and can be a little longer during busy periods or for remote areas. Tracked shipping is included at no extra cost on every order.

Tracking your order

Every order ships with tracking. If you have not received a tracking email within a few days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us and we will resend it.

Customs and duties

For international orders, any customs fees or import duties charged by your country are the customer's responsibility. These are set by your local authorities and are not included in our prices.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated or your parcel seems delayed, please contact us through our Contact page. We will help trace it and, where needed, arrange a replacement.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute or refund orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, though we will always try to help.
