Free tracked shipping worldwide on every order, plus free size swaps. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Shipping

Every order ships free with tracking. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and most arrive within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way. Delivery times can be a little longer during busy periods or for remote areas.

For international orders, any customs fees or import duties charged by your country are the customer's responsibility.

Free size swaps

Ordered the wrong size? We will send you the correct size free of charge, and you keep the first pair. Just reach out within 30 days of delivery through our Contact page with your order number and the size you need.

30-day returns

You can return unworn, unwashed socks in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept socks that have been worn or washed unless they are faulty. Return postage for a change of mind is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with a photo and your order number. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including any postage.

Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days from dispatch. Our stock ships from overseas, so please allow the full window before contacting us about a delayed parcel.

You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take a few days to show its first scan.

Wrong size? We send the right one free and you keep the first pair. Unworn items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
